30th Party & Surprise Baby Shower!
So a few months ago I had the brilliant idea to have a big party to celebrate Jesse and I both turning 30 this month (and so no one would throw us a surprise party!) Anyway, we had over 40 people come so there's no way they would all fit into our little house so we had the party at a local park. It was a great time!

Pre-party set up- here's a table with a couple pictures, board games, and our baby books.

Tables and chairs set up thanks to my Dad, Adam, Jeanna, and Jesse!

Corban and Hannah making/eating Life Saver Apple Jack bracelets.

Corban's dinner.

Helping Hannah make glitter bracelets- that was a messy craft!

My Dad counting candles in the kitchen:)

Janet, Kari, Betsy, and Christy- enjoying time without their "big kids"- the Dads took them to the playground. (The playground is also where Corban spent most of the party with Uncle Nathan, my Dad, and Jesse's Mom- thank you to the three of you for playing with him so much!)

Todd (and his dog Gracie Lou that you can't see), Richard, Mom N., and Breanne.

Marilyn, Amy, Gail, and Mom B.

Matt, Jesse, Dan, Sarah, and Alicia.

I was so glad my Grandpa and Doris could come!

Joy being goofy.

Adam being Adam:)

Blowing out our candles- we both did really good- blew them all out in one breath!

Birthday boy and girl.

Richard, Jesse, Sarah, Matt, Dan, Adam, and Alicia talking about the joys of working at Heritage no doubt.

Joel and Mike.

After most people left and we had started cleaning up, our families came in with Baby Shower balloons, gifts, and Italian cookies announcing it was a Surprise Baby Shower! It was very exciting. They made us this beautiful quilt for our little girl!

It doesn't look like it in this picture but Corban LOVES this quilt! I put it on the guest bed upstairs and he climbs up on it counting all the monkeys and bananas:) But he is calling it his sister's quilt so hopefully, he understands what that means;)
Here's a funny video of Corban with balloons. I missed it before this when he and Hannah were both playing with them a lot. It was so cute!
