Visiting Tim & Rach at IWU (July 27-31, 2007)

We arrived to Tim and Rachel's house late Friday night and hung out all day Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (drove to Chicago on Tuesday morning). While in Marion, we were able to check out the IWU campus and their new building projects including the addition to the Student Center and a tour of the new Academic Building so that was exciting. We also visited College Wesleyan Church where Corban made new friends in the nursery and we heard Pastor Steve preach. And of course, we went to Ivanhoe's while we were there! (we even drove around Taylor University so Rachel could see their campus- that brought back memories of a couple rival soccer and basketball games:) On Sunday, we got to visit with Tim and JoAnna Horseman and their boys and see their new house, too. It was great to see them- welcome back from Hawaii! And Jesse got in a game of disc golf with some of the guys from IWU Monday night while Rach and I did pedicures at their house and drank Timbo-made-smoothies- fun! Corban loved seeing his aunt and uncle again!!
